The match was played on Monday 9th of September, 2024, at the Stade Municipal de Berkane, Morrocco. Even though Ghana played well, and dominated the game with a 61% ball possession, and a total of 488 passes, the Nigeriens had the most shot on goal that had them give the Black Stars a good fight. Westham Football Club’s frontman Mohammed Kudus provided an assist that saw Seidu put Ghana ahead in the 44th minute. The Menas played well, and with the highest number of shots coming from them, they were too rigid to succumb to a defeat and got an equalizer in the 81st-minute courtesy of a goal from Sako.
France Vs Belgium: France got a convincing win over Belgium in the UEFA Nations League that was played on September 9th, 2024. This win sparked a bounceback for the French.
Paraguay Vs Brazil: A lone goal from the Paraguayans in the Estadio Defensores del Chaco Stadium was just enough to cause a painful defeat for Brazil on the 11th of September. A 20th-minute goal from Diego Gomez was the only goal netted in the CONMEBOL World Cup Qualification match.

The crowd was cheering in full support and Rwandan President Paul Kagame also took out time to show his support for the ah-ma-VOO-dees. The pressure from the Nigerians saw a goal that was scored by Ballon d’ or Nominee Ademola Lookman but was disallowed by the center referee.
