Luiz Diaz struck after Casemiro gave the ball away easily to Gravenberch who threads it to Salah on the right wing. The Egyptian crossed it onto the far-post to an un-marked Luiz Diaz who heads it into the net in style in the 35th minute of the game. Diaz doubled the lead for Liverpool again with same Mo Salah who made a clinical pass from the right wing to the Colombian, who got away from his marker, Martinez and makes a pin-point one-touch finish in the bottom-right corner. Surely the Reds were on top of the game and it was a lead of 2 nil at half time.

In the 56th minute, Salah got another goal to make it 3 nil for Liverpool after the ball was given easily away by Mainoo. United’s defence line was poorly organized and so the goal was conceded.

After a shameful home defeat to Liverpool, big questions are all over the football world. Sports analysts, die hard football fans, and investors are beginning to poise so many rhetorics as regards the future of Ten Hag and his boys.

Can the Dutch-man keep up with his position as the manager of United?

Is the management willing to let go of under-performing players, who remain flops with little or negative impact in the team?

Is United management ready to use the little remaining transfer market period to land world class talents who are hungry to deliver on the field of play? Or they’ll choose to cross legs, sit and fold arms and watch the glory days of Manchester United go down the drain?

Only drastic decisions that will amount to positive changes is the answer!

Definitely. I hope they fix everything ASAP. If they continue like this, I am afraid they will have to give way for better teams.
