They stick around for a few weeks, months or years before breaking free, more like guests overstaying their welcome than permanent fixtures. Though fascinating, calling them “moons” is technically inaccurate, they’re just asteroids that come close enough to us for a short-term gravitational relationship, not fully seen with the eyes except one owns a telescope. The legendary actor John Amos famous for his roles in Good Times, Coming to America and Roots, Amos died in August 2024, but the public didn’t hear about it until nearly two months later.
