Popular gospel actor and producer Dr. Korede Moses Are known from the mount Zion Youtube series Abattior as ‘Baba Gbenro’ passed away today, 14th of November 2024.
Evanglist Dr. Are’s death was announced by a co-gospel actor and producer, Oluwaseun Adejumobi on his Instagram page on Thursday. He wrote, “Heavens’s Gain Again”
“A General Has Gone to rest”.
To many Baba Gbenro was a mentor through the screen, He was an icon that emulated fellowship with God and his passing has shocked so many. Prior to his death, he founded and Internationally Presided the Calvary Movies Drama Ministry based in Ogbomoso, Nigeria. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Calvary Movies Television where he did his work in God’s vineyard through drama ministry and evagelism.
He died at age 65 after a prolonged battle with liver disease sources say, as his last words were “Please stop the prayers, stay by my side, I want to rest” as he breathed his last at 8:10am. Baba Gbenro is a character and a personality that will be greatly missed.
