Rejection is a hard hit on people, especially on young adults who are just trying to keep up with this thing called Life. Embracing rejections and learning from failures is essential to personal growth and resilience. Rejection should be seen as a stepping stone and not a depression pill.
Rejection should be seen as a push to do more, work on yourself more, and reach for better.

Like the friend we thought we’d never like but suddenly became one we always needed. Rejection might be rough on the start but when we embrace as part of the progress making process, we’ll often learn to realize that rejection sometimes takes where exactly we are supposed to be.
Treat Yourself With Compassion
Some of us grew up with expectations so big we never have really shown ourselves compassion for all the progress we have made so far. You need to also give yourself a hug, a pat on the back, a thank you letter for how much you have done instead of focusing on the things you have not been able to achieve or have failed in the past.
Focus On Doing Better
Instead of focusing on what you are doing wrong, focus on building more and sharpening your craft and skills. Focusing on improvement rather than setback will help us move forward quicker. You choose what you want your goal and vision to be, let the positive be yours
Find a Positive Perspective
Everything has a purpose in our lives, every piece fits perfectly in our jigsaw puzzle. Finding a positive perspective does not mean we should get delusional but to choose to see the brighter side of certain situations, such as getting rejections or failing at an attempt.
Build Inner Peace
