Yusuf Dikeç, a Turkish air pistol shooter who became an overnight internet sensation even after winning second place. Like many others, you also probably do not know the first place winner. Dikeç caught the eye of everyone online even those who are not following the Olympic games, and why? His cool, calm and collected demeanor which he used to win the silver medal without any safety or fancy gears to help. You might also be wondering how he got there like he was woken from his sleep.

It all does not happen overnight
Although Dikeç became an internet sensation over night, he was not some random guy or “assassin” chosen by Turkey, He has infact competed in over 26 games including the summer Olympic games currently holding in Paris. Dikeç also went to military school where he became a cadet and continued with the sports team.
